Dispatch Time

We pack and hand over all orders to our shipping partners (DHL and DPD) on weekdays within 1-2 days of receiving payment. Once handed over, DHL or DPD will deliver your package within 1-2 working days (Outside Germany 2-4 working days).

Frozen Packaging Fee:

To keep your frozen goods fresh, we charge a one-time €4.99 fee per order for cooling packaging and priority handling. Your Thermobox is yours to keep and reuse—no return needed.
